By accessing and using SwiftClip ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
2. Description of Service
SwiftClip provides a temporary, cross-device clipboard service allowing users to share text and small files using a 4-character code. The Service is designed for temporary transfers and is not intended or guaranteed to be a permanent file storage or backup solution.
3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, share, or transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Upload or share malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Share copyrighted material without appropriate authorization from the copyright owner.
- Use automated systems, bots, or click farms to generate fraudulent traffic or artificially interact with advertisements displayed on the Service.
4. Data and Privacy
SwiftClip operates on a temporary data model. Shared texts and files are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted after a short period (typically within 10 minutes or after being fetched). For more detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SwiftClip expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You are solely responsible for keeping backup copies of your files.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SwiftClip, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
